Adam Troyer is a leading reinsurance actuary and capital solutions expert with nearly two decades of experience helping insurers manage volatility, protect balance sheets, and navigate complex risk transfer strategies. He currently serves as Global Head of Analytics at Lockton Re, where he oversees analytical strategy and innovation across traditional and non-traditional reinsurance programs.
Prior to his current role, Adam spent over a decade at Aon in increasingly senior leadership positions, including Senior Managing Director, where he worked closely with clients on capital allocation, market analysis, and risk quantification. His expertise spans structuring customized reinsurance solutions and leveraging analytics to drive strategic outcomes.
Adam is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society (FCAS) and a CFA Charterholder, bringing deep quantitative and financial acumen to every engagement. He has also played a role in advancing InsurTech initiatives within the reinsurance space, making him a bridge between traditional risk practices and emerging innovation.
